While we strive to offer a wide range of options, not all products are available in all sizes or colors. Availability may vary based on current stock levels and demand. Please refer to the product page on our website for specific size and color availability. If a desired option is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery. You will receive an estimated delivery date when you place your order and in your shipment confirmation email.

You can track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the "My Orders" section. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can monitor the status of your shipment.

If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If the tracking information is not helpful, contact our customer service team at social@thecannabiscommunity.org. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost items or within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Please retain all packaging and damaged goods until the issue is resolved, as we may need these for the investigation.
