If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated delivery date, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost items or within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary. Please retain all packaging and damaged goods until the issue is resolved, as we may need these for the investigation.
